What is Arts Integration?

Arts integration is an educational approach where artistic disciplines and academic subjects are intentionally combined for teaching and learning. The key idea is that students don't just learn about the art form or about the academic subject in isolation; instead, they construct and demonstrate understanding through a creative process that connects both areas.

The Gilbert Academy of Creative Arts is a distinguished elementary magnet school within the Clark County School District. Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, we are dedicated to fostering young talent from kindergarten through fifth grade.
